Our readers are individuals looking for advice or tips on how to lose weight and improve their physical fitness.

We do not compensate contributors for posts but we do accept a bio and byline containing links to your website and social media. 

Author Guidelines

We do not accept posts that have already been published or submitted elsewhere online.

We're looking for pieces that are 1,500 to 2,000 words.

Articles should include 20-25+ outbound links to research, references and mentions of influencers.

Include headlines every 500-750 words and sub headlines where appropriate

 All photography must either be your own or used with permission.

Articles should be positive, helpful and entertaining articles on health, fitness and lifestyle.  They should be authoritative and backed by science but written in a conversational tone.

Articles must be 100% original and pass copyscape.
